Lunes a Viernes, 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.

¿Cómo es un día típico como Oficinista de Facturación?

• Contactar a los clientes para obtener información de medidores en equipos multifuncionales.
• Procesar datos para generar facturación precisa para cada cliente.
• Analizar y resolver casos relacionados con facturas de medidores en conjunto con los clientes.
• Reportar directamente al Supervisor de Facturación.

Este puesto puede ser ideal para ti si:

• Tienes experiencia usando equipos de oficina como computadoras, impresoras y calculadoras.
• Posees habilidades analíticas y para resolver problemas.
• Demuestras excelente organización y manejo del tiempo.
• Preferiblemente tienes experiencia en entrada de datos con gran atención al detalle, especialmente en facturación o áreas relacionadas con finanzas.
• Tienes buenas habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita, para colaborar de manera efectiva con personal interno y externo a todos los niveles.
• Posees conocimientos básicos o un curso técnico, preferiblemente en Finanzas, Contabilidad o áreas relacionadas.
• Manejas Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Windows y Outlook.
