OverviewResponsible for providing college-wide training, support and maintenance of various HR employee-related systems, including Oracle HRIS/Payroll, Onboarding, E-Verify, SURS, Banner, and more. Serves as the initial HR contact for employees, internal departments and external vendors, providing outstanding customer service in person, online and by phone. Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department concerning system maintenance, file and database recordkeeping and miscellaneous state reporting.
