You will be the Industrial Engineer Sr. for the Missiles and Fire Control team. Our team is responsible for analyzing and improving manufacturing processes, implementing lean practices, and ensuring optimal efficiency in our operations.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Industrial Engineer Sr. you will be responsible for leading cross‑functional initiatives that drive productivity, quality, and waste reduction across our manufacturing footprint.
Your responsibilities will include
- Lead cross‑functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Drive improvements in productivity and quality.
- Develop layout designs for equipment and workspaces to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Conduct time studies and data analysis to uncover bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with supply chain to optimize material flow.
