- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a genuine desire to help customers find the right vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, build rapport, and establish trust.
- Listen attentively to customers' needs and preferences by asking questions to better understand their requirements.
- Conduct test drives with customers to showcase vehicle features.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, technologies, and products to provide customers with expert advice and recommendations.
