We're hiring a Product Manager so that each of our squads has its own.
At Untile, Product Managers own the what and why of the product;
Project Managers own delivery, timelines, and operational execution.
You'll lead the product side of one squad alongside designers, engineers, and a dedicated Project Manager.
This role isn't for someone who waits for direction.
We want a proactive leader who pushes the product forward, runs the room with clients, and challenges weak assumptions.
Passive PMs won't thrive here.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:Own the product strategy and roadmap of your squad's product, in partnership with the client.
Lead discovery — user research, problem validation, and turning real customer pain into clear product decisions.
Be the senior product voice with the client: running discussions, negotiating scope, steering the relationship.
Define and prioritize the backlog, making trade-offs between business value, user impact, and engineering effort.
Partner with engineering and design from problem framing through release, and measure outcomes after launch.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:4+ years as a Software Product Manager or Product Owner.
Hands-on software engineering experience (web or mobile) — you've shipped production code and understand how products are built end-to-end.
Strong product discovery skills: you talk to users, validate problems, and avoid building the wrong thing.
A clear track record of leading clients and negotiating scope and timelines.
Comfortable in Agile environments and facilitating between stakeholders and delivery teams.
Commercial sense — estimation, budgets, and spotting business opportunities.
Excellent written and spoken English.
NICE TO HAVE:Experience in agency or consulting settings, working with multiple clients.
Exposure to both web and mobile products.

The salary range from this role is between €35,****** to €********* annual gross, which includes meal, extra benefits, vacation and Xmas allowances.
