Are you a strategic thinker with the operational rigor to turn high-level vision into reality? Do you thrive in the intersection of executive strategy, cross-functional alignment, and commercial execution? We are looking for a Chief of Staff for Retail to act as a strategic partner and force multiplier for our Retail Leadership Team. In this role, you will orchestrate the Retail organization, ensuring our senior leaders are prepared, aligned, and focused on the initiatives that drive On’s global mission.

Your mission

  • Act as a strategic partner to the VP of Retail and the Retail Leadership Team, facilitating high-stakes presentations for partner teams.
  • Lead the preparation, content creation, and follow-ups actions for Senior Leadership meetings ensuring that retail interests are represented and decisions are translated into action.
  • Own the agenda and execution of regular Retail meetings (e.g. Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly) as well as leadership offsites.
  • Orchestrate the yearly OKR planning process, tracking progress throughout the year and pivoting resources where necessary to ensure we hit our North Star goals.
  • Spearhead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that fall between departmental lines, ensuring no "strategic balls" are dropped during our rapid scaling.

Your story

  • You have 6+ years of professional experience with a background in Retail, Corporate Strategy, or a high-growth "Chief of Staff" role.
  • You have a talent for synthesizing complex data and topics into simple, persuasive narratives for executive audiences.
  • You are an expert at project management; you don’t just plan meetings—you design outcomes and hold senior stakeholders accountable for deliverables.
  • You are a master of "soft power." You can navigate complex organizational hierarchies, manage confidential information with discretion, and influence without formal authority.
  • You have a structural mindset and way of working while keeping the entrepreneurial spirit alive. You are comfortable with ambiguity and ready to "get your hands dirty" one minute and present to the Board the next.
  • Home Base: Zurich. Proficiency in English is a must.
