Your Mission
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the POM team with a focus on motivation, development, and stable operations
- Active involvement in day-to-day operations, including quotations, order processing, and ERP data maintenance
- End-to-end responsibility for proposal and order processes from inquiry to delivery
- Central interface between Sales, Operations, and internal departments such as Production, Logistics, Purchasing, and Quality
- Close collaboration with Sales and Operations to clarify commercial and technical topics
- Ensuring on-time delivery, high customer satisfaction, and cost-effective order execution
- Creation and further development of reports, KPIs, and dashboards
- Continuous optimization of proposal and order processes (lean approaches, digitalization, automation)
- Escalation management for complex or critical customer and project issues
- Completed commercial or technical education or degree (e.g. Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Technician)
- Several years of experience in proposal, order, or order management, ideally in a manufacturing or project-oriented environment
- Initial to several years of leadership or team coordination experience (including project-based or deputy roles)
- Very good command of ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel
- Ideally, experience with reporting or BI tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Structured, solution-oriented, and customer-focused working style with high personal responsibility
- Very good German and good English language skills
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
