In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, shaping sales and service excellence, and ensuring operational efficiency across the organization.
Job Description
- Leading the Sales and Service Subsidiary in Germany, based in Ostfildern, overseeing a team of ~180 employees
- Developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies aligned with company objectives
- Maintaining continuous communication and collaboration with the EMEA Regional Director and the headquarters
- Implementing and monitoring relevant processes to ensure operational excellence
- Identifying and capitalizing of new market opportunities
- Continuous improvement of sales and service activities
- Planning and controlling of annual sales and cost budgets
- Providing strong leadership and fostering the professional development of the team
- Ensuring compliance with company processes, policies, and regulations
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Sales Director, preferably in the instrumentation/process industry
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Physics, or a related field, an additional degree in Economics is advantageous
- Extensive experience in B2B sales management
- Fluent in German and English, both written and oral
- In-depth understanding of sales and service management processes
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute result-oriented sales strategies
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Profound knowledge of the German market
