- Assist in planning, developing, and coordinating the overall strategic visioning, including the long-term strategic plan for the Corporation.
- Provide assistance in coordinating the annual business planning and mid-year review.
- Assist in preparing the performance management cycle, including developing and monitoring annual corporate and divisional KPIs.
- Assist to provide performance report and analysis to the Management and the Board.
- Prepare relevant information, data and presentation for participation in dialogues and forums on SME development at national and international level.
Job Requirement:
- Qualification : At least Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Experience : Minimum 4 years related experience in similar capacity
- Knowledge : Strategic Planning, Financial Analysis and Performance Management
- Skill/Competencies : Strong communication, writing, research and presentation skills; analytical thinking and detailed-oriented; business and financial acumen
