Key Requirements
B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience in HR or administrative roles.
Basic knowledge of HR processes including recruitment and employee management.
Professional HR certification is an added advantage.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think critically and work independently.
Willingness to learn and grow within the HR function.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Assist in onboarding and employee documentation processes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support the implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives.
Work closely with the Lead HR to execute people development and engagement programs.
Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
Handle basic administrative and HR operational tasks.
Respond to employee inquiries and support day-to-day HR-related issues.
Help build and maintain positive employee relationships and workplace culture.
Support HR reporting and documentation across the organization.
