Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

Role Overview:

As a Senior FP&A Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization. You will be responsible the development of advanced financial models, deliver strategic insights, and support high-impact decision-making across business units. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain advanced financial models for strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Conduct financial analysis including profitability, DCF, IRR, and payback metrics.
• Align financial strategies with business objectives through cross-functional collaboration.
• Deliver insights and recommendations using dashboards, presentations, and data visualizations.
• Analyze CAPEX performance, operational profitability, and KPIs across business units.
• Manage budgeting and reporting processes, including monthly reports, performance reviews, and rolling forecasts.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support senior leadership decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CFA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A with exposure to strategic planning and senior-level reporting.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and consolidation.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI; SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
