We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Account Executive with strong end-to-end sales experience and a proven ability to sell HubSpot solutions. This role requires someone who excels at building relationships, generating new business, and driving revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development through strategic prospecting and outbound sales efforts
- Conduct cold calling and outreach to identify and engage potential clients
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth
- Own and manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting to deal closure
- Sell HubSpot solutions and Digital Marketing services (SEO, PPC, content, social media)
- Understand client needs and deliver customized proposals and presentations
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools (preferably HubSpot)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HubSpot domain
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong experience with HubSpot CRM and Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a team
- HubSpot Sales or Marketing certification.
- Prior agency experience is a plus.
