About the Role
We are seeking motivated, entry-level Account Executives to join our growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to break into finance and sales, with full training and a clear path for advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with small business owners to provide working capital solutions
- Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads
- Qualify clients and present financing options
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
- Collaborate with senior team members to close deals
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary plus uncapped commission
