As a Experiential Marketing Manager at PIM, you will play a pivotal role in the retention and growth of a portfolio of key accounts, working in close partnership with our SLT. You will lead the development and execution of immersive brand experiences that captivate audiences and elevate client brands.

Reporting to an Account Director or Senior Account Director, you'll lead the charge on medium to large-scale experiential marketing campaigns that bring brands to life in unforgettable ways. From immersive activations and pop-up experiences, sponsorships, and high-impact brand launches, you'll craft moments that spark emotion, drive conversation, and deepen brand connection. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and strategy - where bold ideas meet flawless execution. You'll be the driving force behind experiences that not only captivate audiences but also deliver measurable marketing impact, brand equity, and cultural relevance. You will collaborate seamlessly with our in house creative department to deliver standout work. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep passion for creative excellence.

You will offer forward-thinking solutions and ensure clients have access to cutting-edge ideas. You will also demonstrate a strong ability to write, coordinate, and present compelling proposals, briefs, and strategic responses.

A confident and effective communicator, you'll have a proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally. Your project management expertise will span a wide variety of briefs, and with guidance from your directors, you'll proactively assemble the right teams and resources to ensure seamless ideation and delivery.

In this role, your event and experiential marketing expertise will be as critical as your ability to build strong client relationships and lead and motivate your team (including Account Managers and Account Executives). You'll know how to inspire those around you, confidently bring fresh ideas to the table, and support your team in setting and achieving meaningful goals.


Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years in account management, preferably within an experiential or creative agency
  • Drivers Licence is mandatory
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with creative flair and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in time management, multitasking, and problem-solving.
  • Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff.
  • Familiarity with budget development and financial reporting
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing is required for this position.
