Our client is seeking a Vice President, Product Innovation to lead end-to-end product strategy, innovation pipeline, and portfolio performance. This executive leader will be responsible for envisioning, designing, and delivering high-value products, programs, and solutions that enhance customer value, drive revenue growth, and expand market impact. The role partners closely with marketing, finance, operations, and professional services to deliver future-forward offerings grounded in market intelligence, customer insight, and enterprise strategy.


Key Responsibilities


• Define and lead the long-term product innovation strategy aligned with enterprise objectives.

• Translate vision into actionable product roadmaps with clear milestones, success metrics, and financial outcomes.

• Drive cross-functional ideation, pilot programs, and commercialization of new products and enhancements.

• Own and manage a diverse portfolio of programs, digital products, and emerging offerings.

• Establish lifecycle management frameworks including performance evaluation, optimization, and sunsetting decisions.

• Develop data-driven forecasting, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies.

• Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to fuel innovation.

• Cultivate external partnerships, alliances, and potential acquisition opportunities.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product innovation team.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive execution and operational excellence.

• Oversee departmental budgets, forecasts, ROI analysis, and scalable operating processes.


Candidate Profile


• 10+ years of experience in product management, product development, or innovation leadership.

• Proven success launching new products and managing complex product portfolios.

• Experience within entertainment, gaming, digital platforms, or consumer-facing products preferred.

• Strong strategic, analytical, financial, and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.


Education


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field required.

• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.


Preferred Certifications


• Certified Product Manager (CPM – AIPMM)

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)

• Professional Certified Marketer (PCM – AMA)
