Cloud/AI/Telecommunications Merit Reviewer

Corner Alliance is seeking Merit Reviewers to join their team and support a Federal government client in a program that aims to foster competition and innovation across the global telecommunications ecosystem. As a Merit Reviewer, you will serve as an impartial, objective, unbiased individual with expertise in cloud and compute, commercialization, AI/ML, security and governance, and telecom. The role will be fully remote, requiring approximately 40 hours per week, and is expected to last from early September through the end of October 2026. Requirements

• Cloud and Compute: Demonstrated expertise in evaluating cloud-native architectures, data platforms, and distributed systems, including cost/performance tradeoffs.
• Commercialization: Demonstrated ability to assess commercial viability for platform and ecosystem plays.
• AI/ML: Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML engineering and translating technical approach into measurable outcomes.
• Security and Governance: Demonstrated expertise in security-by-design for distributed networks and data governance and privacy in distributed AI systems.
• Telecom: Working knowledge of 3GPP architectures/standards, O-RAN architectures/interfaces, and mobile/Open RAN deployments or integrations.
