Head of Plant Controlling (Germany)

Position: Head of Plant Controlling Germany

Business Area: Finance Reporting Line: CFO Germany

Your Responsibilities

• Independent preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as participation in the annual audit process
• Conducting in-depth variance analyses and preparing meaningful management reports
• Overall responsibility for production and cost controlling
• Validation of material and production costs and initiation of measures in case of deviations from cost calculations/quotations
• Active support in budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis

Your Profile

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of solid professional experience in production controlling within an industrial company, ideally in the automotive supplier industry
• Proven hands-on experience in FP&A and a deep understanding of business and financial interrelationships
• Very good SAP skills (especially FI/CO) as well as confident use of Excel and ideally Power BI
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
