Strategic Account Manager

The SAM builds and maintains strong relationships with key retailers and facilitates collaboration between retailers and internal support teams. This role ensures the integrity of account data and business arrangements from proposal through implementation. The SAM also evaluates account performance and provides recommendations to support program profitability and continued year-over-year growth.
Your Impact
- Develop expertise in Montage Jewelry Care Plans
- Lead new retailer implementation based on program requirements, pricing, and service expectations
- Coordinate communication between retailers and internal business teams
- Support Sales and business management teams to ensure account performance metrics are achieved
- Travel as needed to support key accounts and industry trade shows
- Support organic sales growth and retention within assigned accounts
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or related field or equivalent course training. (preferred)
- 2-5 years of Sales, Marketing or Business experience
- Understanding of financial trends and ability to identify performance opportunities (with guidance)
- Knowledge of the retail channel and account management fundamentals
