- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Collaborate with project managers and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Experience in project-related sales, finishing, construction, landscape, aluminum, or building materials is preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Presentable, committed, and target-oriented
- Ability to follow up with clients and close deals professionally
