- Submitting invoices on the tax portal and download monthly purchase invoices to share with the accounting team.
- Issuing visas for Egyptians outside Egypt and for non-Egyptians inside Egypt.
- Paying monthly bills (electricity, phone, Wi‑Fi, rent and maintenance).
- Office maintenance and related tasks.
- Flight and hotel bookings.
- Event and training reservations.
- Reports on onboarding and offboarding employees.
- Issuing new employees’ contracts.
- Follow up on tenders and deliver them.
- Collect cheques from customers and deposit them in the bank.
- Translate news into Arabic or check Arabic articles before publication.
- Create invoices in the portal and send them to clients.
- Correcting, adding to, and deleting from medical insurance as needed.
- Renew the CR every 3 months.
- Submit newcomers and exits in SI and provide a monthly report.
- Submit Form 2 in SI every January with updated salaries.
- Send the monthly social insurance salaries report to the payroll team.
- Update the HR team with changes in Egyptian labor law.
- Translate and send announcements issued by the Egyptian workforce.
For Newcomers employees
- Sign the contract physically upon arrival.
- Collect all required documents from the newcomer.
- Open a new bank account in CIB (CIB Bank) for the employee.
- Submit C1 in SI (Social Insurance) as part of onboarding.
- Deliver custody items (laptop, SIM card, phone, parking access) to the employee.
- Submit to medical insurance enrollment for the newcomer.
- Provide ongoing support for updates related to medical insurance as needed.
- Send newcomers information to the workforce office.
For Exits employees
- Submit C6 (exit form) in the system.
- Sign the exit documents and complete required paperwork.
- Retrieve all custody items (laptop, SIM card, phone, parking access) from the employee.
- Return the employee’s documents to them.
- Remove the employee from medical insurance coverage.
