X Development Lead

Responsibilities: As an Infrastructure Architect, you will be responsible for leading the definition, design, and documentation of technical environments. Your day-to-day activities will include deploying solution architectures, conducting analysis of alternative architectures, creating architectural standards, defining processes to ensure conformance with those standards, instituting solution-testing criteria, defining a solution's cost of ownership, and promoting a clear and consistent business vision through technical architectures. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align technical solutions with business objectives.

Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and promote knowledge sharing.

Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on current and future projects.

Develop comprehensive documentation to support architectural decisions and ensure clarity across teams.

Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging creative problem-solving and collaboration.

Master proficiency in SAP ABAP Development is required.
