Innovation is at the heart of Motorola, but it doesn’t stop with our Smartphones, it is in everything that we do. And we are currently looking for a Go-To-Market Manager for Motorola to coordinate and execute our activities across Southeast Europe (SEE region).
This will involve working with cross-functional stakeholders from product, sales, retail, marketing, and operations teams to articulate clear business objectives, channel strategy, product positioning as well as a marketing communication plan for devices and services. In addition, this role will also have to evaluate return on investments from campaigns, do detailed post evaluations to help build organization learning for future launches.
Responsibilities
- Execute the Country Go-To-Market plans
- Oversee the development of toolkits and GEO specific assets including print/production management and digital assets
- Work alongside the sales teams and lead the marketing representatives (spread across SEE region) to plan out events and understand how their work can be implemented into our channels to increase brand awareness and targeted communications
- Ensure internal alignment with our European marketing guidelines as well as alignment of marketing goals with our local sales channel teams and product
- Explore other marketing opportunities across region to build the brand
- Interface with customers in all related merchandising activities, supporting account managers, working with the trade team including any field teams to maximize our exposure to partner frontline staff.
- Broad Marketing experience, ideally within the domain of consumer electronics, and/or mobile business
- Strong Project Management Collaboration skills
- Fluency in consumer marketing communication
- Good understanding of retail execution, distribution channels trade dynamics
- Individual contributor role
- Effective communication analytical skills
- Business proficiency in English
