• Communicator: You can partner with different stakeholders and explain financial KPIs in plain language.

Your Playing Field (Responsibilities):

1. Accuracy Champion (Ensure Reliable Accounting):

• Record, control, and report transactions in your area with precision.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of overdue items.
• Contribute to monthly and annual closings and support audit documentation.
• Apply IFRS standards: Don’t worry if you’re not an expert yet! If you have the base and the will to learn, we’ll provide the coaching to help you master the rules of the game.

2. Process Architect (Improve the Processes):

• Be the driver of change - actively design and implement process improvements for better efficiency and automation.
• Organize and secure the KPIs of your specific sub-processes.

3. Strategic Partner (Be an Accounting Value Partner):

• Be the team's "radar" - identify business risks and suggest mitigating controls.
• Consult stakeholders and bring transparency to financial figures to help the business make the right decisions.
