Due to our continue growth in the TAVI market, we have a new position as Associate Manager Professional Education to join our Marketing team as of September 1st, 2026.


Position Summary :

The position involves overseeing the organization from our Hechingen (DE) office, execution, and assessment of user training for both internal staff and external clients in the application of Biosensors Structural Heart products online, face-to-face, and as field trainings for all training programs, including Centers of Excellence trainings and congress support.

The role also involves tracking and documenting supportive cases in accordance with internal processes. Additionally, the position includes supporting our product implantation globally, focusing on training during center openings and certification processes.


Main responsibilities:

  • Organizing and performing trainings and field trainings for all training programs and congress support
  • Organizing the Center of Excellence trainings
  • Support activities with the accountability for successful completion of training deliverables related to our products (e.g., certification, post-certification training and assessments). Identify risk, develop mitigation strategies, alternative solutions, resolve issues, action item follow up, etc. in collaboration with cross functional and/or matrix teams including external sites.
  • Support training concepts review, evaluation and further development
  • Oversees and coordinate training document development, review and update incl. regulatory approval process
  • Responsible for training documentation and continuous checks of documentation with implantation databank according to regulatory requirements (incl. training record databank management)


Experience, Knowledge and Skills :

  • Completed vocational training as surgical technologist or nursing or as a Medical Technology Engineer with a Bachelors degree.
  • Experience in Training & Education, preferably in the cardiology field. Practical experience in interventional cardiology (incl. TAVI) or heart surgery , preferably with implantation experience.
  • Demonstrates a confident, authentic, and composed demeanor, coupled with a strong team spirit, commitment, and initiative
  • English a must, German and other languages is a plus
  • Availability to travel
