As a Senior Specialist System Engineering you will provide frontline support and oversight for delivering high‑quality audio/video (AV) support for large meetings, executive briefings, and high visibility events across the AT&T HQ campus. This role ensures reliable, professional, and seamless AV experiences by managing on‑site support staff, coordinating live event execution, and partnering with internal stakeholders and vendors to support critical business meetings.

• Provide real-time audio/video support for large meetings, executive forums, and high-profile events across the HQ campus
• Oversee live meeting execution, including room readiness, system validation, audio tuning, video conferencing setup, and real time troubleshooting
• Serve as the on‑site escalation point during live meetings to quickly resolve AV issues with minimal business impact
• Coordinate pre‑event planning with meeting organizers, executive teams, and partners to ensure technical requirements are met
• Help to manage daily schedules to provide appropriate coverage for scheduled meetings and special events, including after‑hours support when required
• Partner with Enterprise AV (EAV) team, facilities, and vendor teams to maintain reliable meeting environments
• Identify recurring issues or risks and work with engineering teams to improve platform reliability and user experience

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science. 2+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.

Our Sr Specialist System Engineering, earns between $118,800-$178,200 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
