We are seeking a International Freight Forwarder to join our dynamic team in Bulgaria.

As an International Freight Forwarder you will support our daily operations, manage shipments efficiently, and contribute to the smooth coordination of international transport activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international shipments (FTL/LTL); plan, organize, and monitor transport activities
• Manage and track the execution of international transport orders, including full truckload shipments
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and carriers, ensuring proactive communication and issue resolution; handle all relevant transport documentation
• Negotiate with carriers to secure competitive rates while maintaining service quality standards.
• Organize transport in the best condition with respecting the quality, deadlines and standards required by the company

Requirements

• Advanced business writing and oral skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple shipments under tight deadlines

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field will consider a plus
• Proven experience in Freight Operations, Logistics or similar role
• Experience with European transport routes will consider a plus
