We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer / Procurement Agent to join our team in Sofia.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the end-to-end purchase process — from request to delivery
• Creating and following up on purchase orders
• Communicating daily with suppliers to ensure smooth operations
• Monitoring delivery performance, pricing, and service levels
• Supporting supplier selection and evaluation
• Working closely with internal stakeholders across the supply chain

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ year experience in procurement, supply chain, or similar role
• Solid understanding of purchasing processes (procure-to-pay)
• Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Fluent English (additional European language is a plus)
