Technical Recruiter – Delivery Focused

Location: Oldsmar, FL 34677

Pay: $39K Base, + 10% Commission, + End of Year Bonus

What We Offer:

  • No prior industry experience required. Paid training provided
  • Biweekly base salary with a starting base of $39,000
  • Uncapped commission structure. Earn 10% of the gross profit you generate, with income and advancement driven by performance
  • Annual uncapped bonus program. Five-tier structure offering up to an additional 20% payout on annual commissions


Realistic Earnings: Year 1: $45K – $65K+, Year 2: $75K – $120K+, Year 3: $120K – $150K+,

Year 4: $150K – $200K+


Responsibilities:

  • Manages assigned requisitions from initial intake through offer acceptance, ensuring timely and professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Sources niche talent by analyzing position requirements and aligning candidate skills with client needs
  • Develops, posts, and manages job descriptions across multiple recruiting platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, and CareerBuilder
  • Executes high-volume outbound candidate sourcing through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and text messaging in a call-center environment
  • Screens and qualifies candidates based on technical qualifications, experience, and overall role fit
  • Reviews candidate backgrounds and professionally updates resumes to align with client job requirements
  • Coaches candidates throughout the interview process to improve presentation, preparedness, and competitiveness
  • Negotiates compensation and extends offers to close placements successfully
  • Manages daily recruiting activity, outreach volume, and follow-ups using calendars, task tracking, and internal systems to meet hiring deadlines
  • Prioritizes multiple open requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Maintains detailed documentation on roles, hiring managers, locations, and interview feedback to build role-specific and client-specific expertise

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred, with prior experience in inside sales, customer service, or a call-center environment
  • Comfort with high-volume outbound calling and engaging candidates by phone for the majority of the workday
  • Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced, high-volume, performance-driven environment while managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Strong self-motivation and financial drive, with a results-oriented mindset and persistence through rejection
  • Ability to work toward daily and weekly activity goals in a structured, metrics-driven environment
  • Coachable and able to quickly learn, apply training, and adapt to new processes, tools, and feedback
  • Demonstrated initiative, follow-through, and strong organizational and time-management skills, including calendar management
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Word, basic Excel, Google Sheets, Outlook calendar management, and typing speed of 50+ WPM
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools
