Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working on policy development, enforcement, or trust & safety in a global context
- Experience with online safety topics, including generative AI, free expression, and user protection
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to translate insights into practical improvements
- Experience managing multiple projects across time zones and driving them to completion
- Comfortable handling high-pressure situations, including escalations and crisis scenarios
