Position: IT Manager
Location: Jacksonville, FL (5 days onsite)
Duration: Full Time
Salary: $120000 - $140000/Year
What You'll Be Doing
· Manage, mentor, and develop a team of IT support professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery
· Oversee daily administration and performance of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, ensuring system reliability and user support
· Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of technology solutions that improve business operations and efficiency
· Manage and support network infrastructure, including WAN/LAN, VPN connectivity, and firewall operations
· Support disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP) efforts, including testing and documentation updates
· Collaborate with department leaders and stakeholders to identify technology needs and support operational improvements
· Monitor IT-related expenses and assist with budgeting, vendor management, and cost control initiatives
What You'll Need
· 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3+ years in an IT management or team leadership role
· Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise networking
· Proven experience in cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management
· Experience managing IT operations across multiple locations
· Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive cross-functional initiatives
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

· Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment
· Decision-making under ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications
· Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, Azure Solutions Architect, ITIL)
· Experience with cloud migration or digital transformation initiatives
· Experience in regulated industries, e.g. banking, financial services
