Senior Creative QA Specialist

Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to build and manage the QA function from the ground up, designing review processes and scaling the practice beyond a single person. The role requires accuracy, brand compliance, regulatory claims, and platform specs in outbound creative work.

Requirements

• Significant hands-on QA, proofreading, or compliance experience in an agency, regulated industry, or high-volume creative environment
• A working knowledge of regulatory frameworks for at least one compliance-sensitive category (FDA, FTC, pet health, supplements, finance, or similar)
• Sharp eye for brand standards — logos, colour, typography, tone of voice — across multiple clients held in parallel
• Strong working knowledge of platform specs across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and the static and video formats they accept
• Proven ability to build process from scratch: SOPs, checklists, review templates, claim libraries
• Comfortable with high volume and tight turnaround without letting standards slip
• Clear, constructive communicator — able to flag issues without slowing the work down or putting people on the defensive
• Highly organised, systematic, and able to hold multiple Tier 1 accounts in your head at once
