💼 Role: SAP Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Lead to manage end-to-end delivery of SAP implementation and migration projects, including both Greenfield and Brownfield landscapes. This role will drive customer onboarding, system build, migration, and go-live activities while ensuring alignment across technical teams, stakeholders, and delivery units.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP project delivery, stakeholder management, and complex migration programs, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure successful execution across the project lifecycle.

• Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery, including Greenfield implementations and Brownfield migrations.
• Manage project planning, timelines, and execution across the full customer lifecycle.
• Coordinate and oversee SAP ECS build activities and system provisioning.
• Drive weekly project syncs, status tracking, and governance reporting.

• Manage customer onboarding and transition activities, ensuring readiness for project execution.
• Coordinate migration cutovers and go-live activities with customers, SAP consulting teams, and internal delivery units.
• Ensure smooth Sales-to-Delivery handover, validating requirements and technical prerequisites.
• Support and drive successful Business Go-Live and stabilization.

• Act as the primary point of contact and customer ambassador across technical and delivery teams.
• Manage stakeholder communication, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Handle escalation management during project delivery, build, and release phases.
• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams (delivery, consulting, infrastructure, and operations).

• Coordinate release planning and deployment activities, ensuring readiness and compliance with entry/exit criteria.
• Oversee deployment of releases, patches, and updates into production environments.
• Ensure adherence to governance processes, quality gates, and operational standards.

• Manage network connectivity setup between customer environments and SAP hosting platforms (e.g., HEC).
• Oversee handover of build requirements to delivery teams and ensure successful system builds.
• Support disaster recovery planning and implementation.

• Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action logs, and status reports.
• Conduct regular project meetings and reviews with customers and stakeholders.
• Track risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure project success.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager/Lead handling implementation or migration projects.
• Strong experience in:
  • SAP Greenfield and Brownfield implementations
  • SAP migration and onboarding projects
  • End-to-end project lifecycle management

• Solid understanding of:
  • SAP landscapes and environments
  • System build, migration, and go-live processes
  • Release and deployment management

• Experience in stakeholder management, escalation handling, and customer engagement.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-team, and multi-region projects.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Experience working in cloud or hosted SAP environments (e.g., HEC or similar) is an advantage.
