Level II Trauma Center -- EPIC -- Academic Opportunities

  • CHI Health Good Samaritan* is seeking a *BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Hospitalist* to join our established and collegial team in Kearney, Nebraska. This opportunity offers a balanced schedule, strong specialty support, and the chance to practice in a regional referral center serving more than 300,000 residents across Central Nebraska.

  • CHI Health Good Samaritan* is a 236-bed, Level II Trauma Center and regional referral hub serving central and western Nebraska. As a tertiary care facility, Good Samaritan offers a broad range of specialty services and a highly collaborative medical staff dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. The hospital features a 24-bed open ICU with intensivist support, a strong hospitalist program and engaged subspecialists across cardiology, thoracic and vascular surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, and women’s services. Hospital-based medical transport services at Good Samaritan include AirCare–the state’s longest operating air medical provider, as well as ground 911 and long-distance ambulance services. Physicians benefit from advanced surgical capabilities, interventional cardiology, comprehensive diagnostic and imaging services, and a team-based culture that promotes clinical excellence and collegiality.
