Quarto (part of Lion Rock Group) is hiring an IT Director to lead ERP evolution and enterprise technology across a global publishing business. This is a senior, high‑visibility role with a clear succession pathway and close engagement with executive leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Own and evolve Quarto’s proprietary publishing ERP
- Re‑engineer end‑to‑end workflows (Title Development to Inventory) with a focus on automation and data integrity
- Evaluate and deploy AI‑enabled and data‑driven solutions
- Lead IT teams in the US and UK; partner with Hong Kong IT
- Oversee infrastructure, security, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA, WCAG)
What We’re Looking For
- Senior IT leader with strong ERP and business transformation experience
- Business‑first mindset; process redesign over pure infrastructure
- Confident engaging with CEO, Chairman, and Board
- Experience leading global teams
- Working knowledge of .NET, SQL, data models, virtualization, and security
