We are seeking a high-caliber, strategic Dual property General Manager to oversee a portfolio of branded hotel properties in the Youngstown, OH area. This region offers an exceptional quality of life, combining high-end local amenities and scenic beauty locally with an impressively affordable cost of living.


This role will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and guest satisfaction across multiple sites. Serving as the primary liaison between ownership and asset management, this role requires a seasoned professional with deep brand expertise and a proven track record in multi-unit leadership.


Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations for multiple hotels, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards and operational protocols.
  • Financial Performance: Drive RevPAR, GOP, and NOI growth. Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and rigorous cost controls while presenting clear financial analysis to ownership.
  • Asset Management: Lead the execution of Property Improvement Plans (PIPs), including renovations, vendor management, and brand upgrades within budget and timelines.
  • Strategic Oversight: Standardize operations across the portfolio, optimizing shared services and cross-property staffing strategies.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of accountability and professional growth, focusing on staff retention and high-level training.


Candidate Profile:

  • Brand Expertise: Extensive experience operating within major franchise systems, including deep familiarity with brand audits and compliance.
  • Proven Leadership: 7–10 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager (minimum 5 years required), preferably with multi-property oversight.
  • Financial Acumen: Advanced skills in hospitality financial management and a history of materially improving profitability.
  • PIP Management: Hands-on experience successfully navigating the renovation and brand transition process.
  • Soft Skills: A visible, approachable leader who is community-oriented and possesses exceptional communication skills.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Compensation: Base salary of $100,000 – $110,000 (commensurate with experience), a 10% performance bonus, full benefits, relocation assistance, generous PTO, and exceptional opportunities for career advancement.
