Direct Hire Recruiter

CEO Inc. is a boutique search firm local to the Charlotte area, and has been in business for over 30 years. We help companies in several markets across the country find talent on a direct-hire basis. We are looking to expand our focus beyond our successful Manufacturing Industry practice and open an Accounting/Finance division to further serve the Charlotte market.

The position is a "hunter" position first and foremost. Duties will include:

• Utilizing various business development tools and cold-calling expertise to identify hiring managers and make them aware of the talented professionals we are representing in the market. In addition to developing and delivering new clients, this person will also have the opportunity to leveraging the many clients we've worked with on the Manufacturing side in the Charlotte market over the years as well.
• Utilize your recruiting experience, coupled with the sourcing tools we have at our fingertips to source, interview and present top talent to potential client companies. In other words, you will be responsible for both recruiting and business development.

Once the person taking on this challenging opportunity successfully establishes themselves within this market, there may be opportunities to develop this desk into a leadership role in the future.

This opportunity offers a base salary, along with a commissions structure that is among the industry's best.

In order to be considered, the successful candidate will have the following.

• A minimum of two years' experience working within a Executive Search or Staffing Firm environment, along with knowledge of the Charlotte/Southeastern US market.
• Proven Business Development experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
