Sr. Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:
• Oversee demanding executive calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure leaders are prepared for daily commitments.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including transportation, lodging, and itinerary planning, while adapting quickly to changes.
• Coordinate meeting logistics for executive sessions by securing spaces, confirming attendees, and distributing relevant materials.
• Prepare presentations, correspondence, and other administrative documents using Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Track important deadlines, follow up on action items, and help maintain momentum on leadership initiatives.
• Serve as a central point of contact for administrative coordination across internal teams and university stakeholders.
• Support onsite executive operations by anticipating needs and managing high-priority requests with care.
• Proven experience providing high-level administrative support to senior executives.
• Strong background in calendar oversight and complex scheduling management.
• Demonstrated ability to book and coordinate travel arrangements with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting executive meetings and handling related logistics.
• Proficiency with Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills paired with sound judgment and discretion.
