We are seeking a full-time Certified Public Accountant to play a central role in an expanding international practice.

As a Certified Public Accountant, you’ll manage U.S. tax filings, entity formations, and cross-border compliance for international clients. You’ll work closely with founders and finance teams across Europe and the U.S., providing practical advice and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file U.S. tax returns and regulatory filings
• Deliver cross-border tax planning and projections
• Guide clients through U.S. entity formation and elections
• Support Transfer Pricing Agreement preparation
• Liaise with foreign accountants, affiliates, and auditors
• Improve internal processes and support new business generation

What You Bring:

• CPA or EA designation required
• 5+ years’ professional accounting experience
• Strong international tax knowledge
• Proficient in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Eligible to work and travel in the U.S.
