A leading global technology business is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive growth across its Risk Technology portfolio within the banking sector in Chile/LATAM.


This is a senior, strategic sales role focused on building relationships with major financial institutions, expanding enterprise accounts, and delivering complex risk and regulatory technology solutions to the market.


The successful candidate will bring deep experience selling into banks in Chile and LATAM, strong knowledge of risk technology solutions, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders across both business and technology functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business and strategic account growth across Tier 1 and regional banks in Chile/LATAM
  • Sell enterprise Risk Technology solutions covering areas such as market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, regulatory reporting, and compliance
  • Build and manage relationships with C-level stakeholders including CROs, CIOs, CTOs, Risk Leaders, and Heads of Compliance
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from origination through to close
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the LATAM banking sector
  • Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Product, Consulting, and Global Leadership teams
  • Manage strategic RFPs, commercial negotiations, and long-term client partnerships
  • Represent the business at industry events and executive forums


Requirements

  • Proven experience selling Risk Technology solutions into banks in Chile/LATAM
  • Strong understanding of banking risk, regulatory, and compliance environments
  • Track record of winning and managing large enterprise banking accounts
  • Experience selling complex SaaS, enterprise software, or financial technology solutions
  • Strong network within the banking market
  • Ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
