Marketing Manager, Benelux

Based within the UK & Benelux Marketing team, this position reports to the Head of Marketing and includes line management responsibility for the Benelux Marketing Specialist. The role requires close collaboration with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including International Marketing, Sales and Inside Sales teams, Legal, Clinical Education, Medical, Regulatory, and agency partners.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an excellent understanding of the insulin pump, CGM, & hybrid closed loop market across the Benelux region; including motivations of Key Players (HCP, Patient, Payer), and identifying market development and demand generation opportunities
- Accountable for developing and executing the HCP and consumer marketing strategies and annual marketing plans for the Benelux region
- Partner with the UK HCP and Consumer Marketing Managers on regional marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Act as the liaison for International Marketing, Field Sales teams, Medical Affairs, Clinical Education and Market Access teams
- Accountable for leading and managing the HCP and consumer event and sponsorship strategy throughout the region including third party vendor management
- Accountable for managing and executing the relationship and co-promotional opportunities with our Partner’s local marketing counterparts
- Relationship management of local Omnipod ambassadors
- Work with internal partners and external agencies to develop and support social media, PR, digital, sales and educational assets and activities
- Responsible for MLR review of local marketing collateral and management of translations
- Support Medical Mail Order activities in the Netherlands

- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with proven ability to influence and align cross‑functional stakeholders

- Data‑driven decision‑maker, able to analyse performance and optimise impact
- Strong prioritisation skills, focusing resources on initiatives that deliver the greatest business value
- Self‑starter and team player who thrives in dynamic, fast‑changing environments
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business/Engineering/ Science or equivalent experience is preferred
- Relevant experience of HCP and consumer marketing in the healthcare industry
- Relevant experience of working within the diabetes field is preferred
- Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a bonus
- Experience working with Veeva Vault and/or Salesforce would be an asset
- Versed in MS Office package (including excellence in PowerPoint), Adobe and database applications
- Understanding of the EU Med Tech promotional guidelines for healthcare professionals and direct to consumer is a bonus
- The position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements, based in Netherlands or Belgium
- Travel is estimated at 25% but will flex depending on business need
