Senior Power BI Developer

ComResource is hiring a Senior BI Developer to help drive the next phase of our Business Intelligence capabilities.

In this role, you’ll build and scale high-quality reporting and analytics solutions while playing a key part in shaping and evolving our BI environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models

• Translate business requirements into scalable, well-structured data solutions

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful insights

• Work within Microsoft Fabric and CI/CD pipelines to support modern BI workflows

• Optimize performance and ensure accuracy, usability, and data quality

• Contribute to data governance standards and reporting best practices

• Support and mentor team members as needed

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience with Power BI (reports, dashboards, semantic models)

• Solid SQL and DAX skills, with a focus on performance optimization

• Experience with data modeling (star schema, data warehousing concepts)

• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Git, and CI/CD processes

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders

• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
