The District Sales Manager - Bavaria
- Grow existing accounts while actively winning new industrial customers
- Deliver technical advice on products, solutions, and applications
- Lead customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Manage offers, negotiations, and follow-ups while tracking activity in CRM
- Monitor market trends and collaborate internally, including events and trade fairs participation
Requirements of the District Sales Manager - Bavaria
- Technical or commercial background with strong technical affinity and B2B field sales experience (ideally in gas detection, fire, or life safety)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals
- Structured, independent working style with willingness to travel; fluent German with basic English skills
