Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Executive Projects to manage and coordinate the setup of new retail outlets for KS Bakers. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely completion of outlet projects within budget and quality standards.

The role requires strong coordination skills with vendors, contractors, internal departments, and management to ensure smooth launch of new outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of new outlet projects from planning to store opening.
  • Monitor civil, electrical, plumbing, interiors, branding, kitchen equipment, and fixture installations.
  • Follow up with vendors, contractors, landlords, and internal teams for timely completion of work.
  • Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and timelines.
  • Conduct regular site visits and provide project status updates to management.
  • Verify measurements, bills, quotations, and material quality at project sites.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Production, IT, Purchase, HR, and Maintenance teams before outlet launch.
  • Ensure all statutory requirements, licenses, and approvals are completed before opening.
  • Track project progress using reports, checklists, and timelines.
  • Support renovation and maintenance projects of existing outlets when required.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, safety norms, and quality guidelines.

Requirements

  • Strong project coordination and follow-up skills

  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and project tracking reports
Eligibility Criteria
  • Any Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech (Civil preferred)
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in retail projects, outlet setup, construction coordination, or interior projects
  • Experience in QSR, bakery, retail, restaurant, or FMCG industry preferred
  • Willingness to travel frequently across outlet locations
