Leeds Professional Resources is working with a client in Tampa that is looking for an IT Operations Manager. This position will be focused on building executive relationships, supporting understanding of IT operations, building, and maintaining platform credibility while driving and sustaining efficient and effective IT Operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to ensure ERP platform becomes a strategic enabler for branch and service operations
  • Responsible to ensure Cloud and security posture supports growth and compliance
  • Drive IT department evolution from reactive support to strategic leadership
  • Provide leadership across IT operations including MSP oversight, networking, security, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications supporting all company associates.
  • Responsible to define service levels, operational metrics, and accountability models
  • Provide technical oversight for enterprise systems hosted in Microsoft Azure
  • Ensure reliable connectivity for branch sites and mobile field technicians
  • Design, develop, and implement training and development plans for new associates


Qualifications:

  • 8–12 years in ERP and enterprise IT leadership roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required. Combination of work experience with related degree will be considered
  • Proven experience leading ERP migrations and SaaS transitions
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
  • Strong understanding of: ERP architecture and integrations, Cloud platform (Microsoft Azure), MSP operating models, Multi-site enterprise operations
