We’re expanding our sponsorship sales efforts across the Midwest and are seeking an experienced, performance‑driven seller to lead corporate partnership growth for Mid‑America Sports properties.
This role is built for professionals who prefer results‑based compensation, autonomy, and ownership over their territory.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new sponsorship revenue by building strategic relationships with local, regional, and national brands
- Sell premium sports partnerships focused on access, brand alignment, and measurable ROI
- Develop customized sponsorship proposals and lead negotiations with senior decision‑makers
- Own a multi‑state Midwest territory and manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to renewal
- Build long‑term partnerships, not one‑off deals
Compensation & Work Style
- Commission‑driven compensation tied directly to closed and renewed sponsorship revenue
- No guaranteed base salary
- Uncapped upside with performance accelerators and renewal income
- Results‑focused role with schedule and travel autonomy once performance expectations are met
Who This Is For
- 3+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, sports marketing, or high‑ticket B2B sales
- Proven ability to close complex, consultative deals
- Self‑directed, disciplined, and comfortable owning a territory
