Enterprise Solutions Architect

THE TEAM

You will be part of a global technology and digital ecosystem that partners closely with corporate and property teams across regions. The team works collaboratively with enterprise architecture, security, data, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to design and deliver scalable, secure, and guest-centric technology solutions across Rosewood Hotel Group’s platforms and hotel systems.

YOUR ROLE

In this role, you will provide end-to-end solution architecture leadership for strategic initiatives across a complex, multi-cloud and SaaS environment. You will translate business strategies into robust, scalable technology solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, and guest experience, while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, security requirements, and measurable business outcomes.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Define platform and solution architecture principles and reusable capabilities that improve scalability, consistency, and speed of delivery across enterprise and hotel systems.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture from discovery through design, delivery, and transition to operations, ensuring clear alignment to business outcomes and KPIs.
• Design and govern architectures across multi-cloud, SaaS, and integration landscapes, including core hotel systems such as PMS, POS, CRM, revenue, and distribution platforms.
• Establish and govern integration patterns, shared services, and cloud standards that enhance resilience, performance, security, and data quality.
• Produce and maintain core architecture artefacts, including current and target state designs, integration catalogues, and non-functional requirements.
• Provide architectural leadership during delivery, partnering with delivery teams to ensure solutions are built as designed and ready for go-live.
• Contribute to architecture governance, reviews, and standards evolution, reducing duplication and technical debt across the enterprise.
• Enable modern data, analytics, and AI-driven solution patterns that deliver clear business value while adhering to privacy, security, and ethical guidelines.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You bring deep experience in solution or enterprise architecture within complex, integration-heavy, multi-cloud and SaaS environments.
• You have a strong understanding of cloud platforms, integration patterns, data architectures, and enterprise security principles.
• You are comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes and recommendations.
• You have experience designing solutions for customer-centric or service-oriented industries, ideally within hospitality or a similar environment.
• You enjoy mentoring and guiding architects and delivery teams, helping raise the maturity of architecture practices.
• You hold a degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field, with relevant architecture or cloud certifications considered an advantage.
