Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate and execute project cost projections and forecasting, including coordination with MEP subcontractors.
- Support internal and external cash flow management for the project.
- Ensure timely and accurate owner billing, establishing processes for reviews and billing submissions.
- Oversee submission of changes and compliance with prime contract requirements.
- Establish and manage processes for internal and external change reviews.
- Monitor reporting and metrics for change management backlog, focusing on quantity, magnitude, and aging.
- Assist with document control for correspondence, drawings, and specifications.
- Generate deliverables that meet prime contract reporting requirements and manage their timely submission.
- Support development of workflows for RFIs, Submittals, Material Status, Design Management, Risk Management, Quality, and Closeout.
- Monitor and adapt processes for project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related construction field.
- Up to 5 years of commercial construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, codes, regulations, and standards.
- Outstanding communication, time management, and computer skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
