We are looking for a Senior Client Associate to join our Greenwich team — someone who thrives in a high-end service environment, takes genuine pride in delivering an exceptional client experience, and wants to be part of a team where the standard is excellence.
About the Role
The Senior Client Associate is the operational and client experience anchor for our private commercial banking team. This is a highly visible, client-facing position with direct interaction with sophisticated clients, senior banking professionals, and Bank leadership.
What You'll Do
• Lead and manage day-to-day team operations, including coaching and developing Client Associates
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client service needs, inquiries, and transaction requests
• Oversee client onboarding and ensure a consistently exceptional, white-glove experience
• Manage Team operations including transaction processing, treasury management support, and compliance adherence
• Monitor and resolve exception items and escalate potential fraud activity
• Partner with Compliance, BSA, and Deposit Operations to maintain internal controls
• Support executive administrative needs and general office management within the Team
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in a community or regional bank
• Strong background in Team operations, client service, and transaction processing
• Prior experience in a private banking or high-touch client service environment (strongly preferred)
• A genuine comfort with — and passion for — a high-end, concierge service model
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Experience with Jack Henry systems a plus
• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
