Role Overview

As Head of Strategy, you will be the architect of our growth roadmap. You’ll lead strategic planning, business analysis, and financial modeling to guide executive decision-making. This role requires a rare blend of analytical rigor, commercial intuition, and brand empathy.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Lead development of multi-year business strategy aligned with brand vision and market trends
  • Identify growth opportunities across product, channel, and geography
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with clear KPIs

Business Analysis & Insights

  • Own market, consumer, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic choices
  • Build business cases for new initiatives, partnerships, and investments
  • Monitor performance across business units and recommend course corrections

Financial Management

  • Partner with Finance to develop forecasting models and scenario planning
  • Support budgeting and resource allocation aligned with strategic priorities
  • Evaluate ROI of strategic initiatives and report to leadership

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Retail, and Operations to align execution
  • Facilitate strategic offsites, planning cycles, and board-level presentations
  • Mentor junior strategy and analytics talent


Ideal Candidate

Background & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy roles, with a mix of:
  • Top-tier consulting firm (e.g., Bain, BCG, McKinsey)
  • Brand-side experience in consumer goods, lifestyle, or retail
  • Proven success in leading strategic initiatives from concept to execution
  • Strong financial acumen and comfort with modeling and P&L dynamics
  • Experience in high-growth or founder-led environments a plus
  • Skills & Attributes

    • Structured thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communicator with ability to influence across levels and functions
    • Passion for lifestyle brands and consumer-centric innovation
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with bias for action and adaptability
