2nd Swing is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Scottsdale team. Great Managers excel at managing their people, working with customers, and executing the processes efficiently. They will excel at communicating clear direction to team members that drive operational excellence. They will have the ability to maintain a strong presence to guarantee success in meeting all goals and metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in a golf retail environment
  • Demonstrated customer-centric superior customer service and people skills.
  • Operations and merchandising: your ability to plan, organize, manage, and delegate these daily activities will be an integral part of your success in this role.
  • Excellent communications skills with the proven ability to build rapport with a variety of customers and fellow employees.
  • Ability to delegate priorities to the team
  • Ability to work smart by setting goals, establishing priorities, and planning well, in order to produce quality work.
  • Above average knowledge of current issue golf equipment
  • Ability to multi-task and wear many hats while leading a team of passionate golfers.

This candidate will be a great team leader who excels at coaching and encouraging all team members. The right individual will have a high-energy level, upbeat personality, and a drive to continuously learn and develop oneself. You will be expected to work 40-44 hours a week in a varied schedule, working daytime, as well as evenings and weekends.

Compensation

Starting pay range is $62,000 - $92,000 based on previous experience.
