- Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in a golf retail environment
- Demonstrated customer-centric superior customer service and people skills.
- Operations and merchandising: your ability to plan, organize, manage, and delegate these daily activities will be an integral part of your success in this role.
- Excellent communications skills with the proven ability to build rapport with a variety of customers and fellow employees.
- Ability to delegate priorities to the team
- Ability to work smart by setting goals, establishing priorities, and planning well, in order to produce quality work.
- Above average knowledge of current issue golf equipment
- Ability to multi-task and wear many hats while leading a team of passionate golfers.
